HARD ROCK HEROES FESTIVAL / WHITESNAKE plus special guest - Katowice

On 28th November in Spodek Hall in Katowice, Poland, will take place a festival which will be a real feast for all lovers of hard rock sounds - Hard Rock Heroes Festival! The main star of the festival will be the creator of such immortal hits as "Is This Love" and "Here I Go Again" - British band Whitesnake. At the festival will also appear a legend of Polish music scene - TSA, ALCATRAZZ feat. GRAHAM BONNET, KRUK, J.D. OVERDRIVE and Irish band THE ANSWER.

Whitesnake are an English rock band, founded in 1978 by David Coverdale after his departure from his previous band, Deep Purple. The band's early material has been compared by critics to Deep Purple, but by the mid 1980s they had moved to a more commercial heavy metal style. The band's 1987 self-titled album was their most commercially successful, and contained two of their most recognisable songs, "Here I Go Again" and "Is This Love". In 2005, Whitesnake was named the 85th greatest hard rock band of all time by VH1.

Whitesnake will play at Hard Rock Heroes Festival as part of the tour promoting their most recent, 11th studio album album, "Forevermore".
