During their last performance in May in the Silesian Theatre in Katowice Pendragon promised to come back to Poland in autumn for a very special show. It will be the only concert in Europe, where they will present their earlier recordings along with a different repertoire. They will be celebrating the 21st anniversary of the band?s existence. As Clive Nolan admitted, the Polish crowd is one of their most emotional public.

The show 31st October will be also a great opportunity for the Polish fans to hear for the very first time Neo, the formation including Clive Nolan (Arena/Pendragon/Shadowland) John Jowitt (IQ/Jadis), Andy Edwards (IQ), Mark Westwood (Martin Orford Band), Nick Barrett (Pendragon), Alan Reed (Pallas). The band begun their first rehearsals in February, while in April this year for the first time they gave an enthusiastically received performance overseas.

Neo’s repertoire will include about a half-hour performances consisting of songs by Arena, Pendragon, IQ, Pallas, Shadowland and Nolan/Wakeman.

Moreover, Katowice will also welcome the Swedish band Andromeda. Their last album, “Chimera”, was released by the end of June. From the release of their debut album the band oscillates around progressive rock and metal. Both fans of Pain Of Salvation, Treshold or Bream Theater as well as Arena will find their music interesting. On their newest record Andromeda presents a sound more melodic than ever. Catchy songs consist of both rock and metal, as well as some pop elements. What is more, the vocalist David Fremberg proves that he’s one of the best prog-metal singers in the contemporary scene. The band will appear in the following lineup: guitars - Johan Reinholdz, drums - Thomas Lejon, bass -Fabian Gustavsson, keys - Martin Hedin, vocals - David Fremberg. In this exact lineup they recorded their last album, “Chimera”, songs from which we will hear live in the Wyspiański Theatre. Moreover, the repertoire will include the best tracks from their two previous records: “Extension Of The Wish” (2001) and “II=I (Two is One)” (2002/2003).
