Metalmania Festival 2018 - Destroyer 666 and Shodan added to the line-up!
As previously announced, Metalmania - the biggest indoor metal festival in Eastern Europe, returns to Spodek Hall (Katowice, Poland) on 7th April 2018.
The 24th edition of this iconic festival will be headlined by Emperor! Deströyer 666 and Shodan have just been added to the line-up!
Deströyer 666 is an extreme metal band formed in Australia in 1994 by guitarist K. K. To this day the band released five highly acclaimed studio albums that established their great reputation on the music scene. "Unchain the Wolves", debut album from 1997, quickly gained international interest of media and music fans. After the release of the sophomore album "Phoenix Rising", the group moved to Europe due to the growing demand for their live shows. Their fifth studio album "Wildfire" was released last year and features nine absolutely fiery tracks. Deströyer 666 deliver metal music at its best, without any compromise!

Shodan is a death metal band formed in 2013 in Wrocław, Poland by Michał Jarosz and Szczepan Inglot. Their music is an unique hybrid of death metal brutality with non-trivial but catchy melodies. In April 2014 the band released their debut EP "Zero K" which presented a completely different approach to death metal genre. "Protocol of Dying", their full-length debut album was released in March 2016. The album, as well as numerous performances alongside bands like Sinister, Absu, Beheaded and Rotting Christ, received very positive feedback from media and fans of extreme metal music.
